Precision Field Services for Meraki Deployments

From cabling to mounting, we manage the essential groundwork to ensure your Meraki network operates reliably and efficiently.

While others focus on selling gear, we focus on making it work in the real world. Our experienced field team supports the full range of physical deployment tasks, whether it’s mounting access points, running cable, or preparing failed hardware for RMA.

Whether you’re deploying to a single site or rolling out across multiple locations, we ensure everything is done properly and consistently.

All installations are completed in line with WHS regulations and site-specific safety requirements.

What Do We Offer?

Pre-Install Tasks

Site Assessment & Planning

We provide site assessments only for structured cabling and racking installations. This includes inspecting pathways for data cabling, checking for mounting constraints, and assessing server/comms rack space and power requirements.

Note: This service does not include determining optimal locations for wireless access points, smart cameras, sensors, or IoT devices. Site assessment and planning activities for such devices are dependent on prior completion of specialized services such as our Wireless Survey, Smart Camera Deployment Planning, or Environment Sensor Design Professional Service. These services utilize predictive or onsite tools (e.g., Ekahau) to define accurate placement based on RF performance, coverage, user density, and application requirements. Physical installation or mounting is addressed separately under our Field Services. wireless surveys (e.g., using Ekahau) to ensure optimal radio frequency (RF) coverage, performance, alignment with user density, and specific application requirements.

Mounting and Cabling:

Structured Data Cabling
Installation of Ethernet or fibre cabling, including routing, patching, and clear labelling.
Rack Mounting of Cisco Meraki Devices
Installation of Meraki MX appliances, MS switches, and other rack-mountable equipment into existing comms racks.
Wireless Access Point Mounting
Mounting of Meraki MR APs at specified locations to ensure optimal coverage.
Smart Camera Installation
Mounting and aiming of Meraki MV cameras based on your surveillance requirements.
Environmental Sensor Mounting
Mount and power Meraki MT sensors (temperature, humidity, air quality, water leak, etc.) in the designated locations.
Cellular Gateway Mounting
Install and power Meraki MG gateways, with basic signal verification included.
Switch Rack Mounting
Physical mounting of Meraki MS switches. Includes cable dressing and power connection.
IoT Device Physical Setup
Install and connect Meraki IoT devices. Includes hardware setup only; software configuration will require additional professional service, see the other Services we provide for more information
