Are your Cisco Meraki products brand new?

Yes. Every Cisco Meraki device sold on our website is brand new and sourced directly from Cisco Meraki.

No reseller or partner, including us, keeps brand-new Meraki hardware in local stock due to Meraki’s global fulfillment model.

Why are prices on other websites sometimes cheaper?

If you see significantly lower prices elsewhere, we strongly recommend verifying that the product is new and not second-hand or grey market. Ask the seller for the serial number, then contact Cisco Meraki to confirm:

That the device is genuine
That it can be transferred to your organization
That it is not previously registered or locked

Where do Meraki devices ship from?

Orders are fulfilled through Cisco Meraki’s authorized distributor network. Once your order is processed, the product is shipped express via DHL directly from the USA. Typical delivery times to Australia are 7–10 calendar days.

Can I request faster delivery for urgent deployments?

Absolutely. Contact us before placing an urgent order so we can confirm current lead times with Cisco Meraki or our local distribution partners.

Meraki License Renewals

Can I renew my Meraki license through you if I bought from another reseller?

Yes. All Meraki licenses come directly from Cisco. You’re not locked into any specific reseller, so you can switch to us at any time for renewals or co-termination adjustments.
